Launch list and testing privacy notice

When you join the RemapGrid launch list, you ask us to email you about the public release. Joining does not create a portal account, grant beta access, or start a subscription. Testing applications are a separate choice: we use them to contact you about participating in the testing programme.

What we store and why

We store your email address, signup time, form location, and a record of the consent you gave. We use this information to maintain the launch list and send the launch notification. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated marketing. For testing applications, we also store your name, business, domain and phone number, submission time and consent wording. We use these to review your application, arrange testing access, send instructions and follow up on feedback. Applying to test does not add you to the launch notification list.

Your choice

Signup is optional. You can withdraw your consent or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address you registered. We will remove your address from the launch list on request.

Storage and service providers

The list is stored in our hosted database. Authorized operators and hosting or email delivery providers may process it to operate the list. We keep it until the launch notification has been sent, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Continuing communications after launch require a separate choice. Testing applications are stored in our database and sent to our support inbox via our email delivery provider. We retain application details while reviewing your application and during participation; if you don’t continue, we remove them within six months after your application is closed or testing ends. You can request deletion earlier.

Technical data and cookies

This landing page uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Your theme and animation preferences are saved locally in your browser. Hosting infrastructure may record technical request data for security and reliability. To limit abuse, the signup endpoint stores short-lived hashed request identifiers, which expire after the rate-limit window. It does not store your IP address with your email signup.
