Top up your credits.
Click Buy credits at the top right.
Choose the amount you need, and review the quote, including tax.
Our initial payment methods include Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer.
Yoco is available for South African rand payments.
Choices depend on your currency. We’ll keep adding more payment methods as needed.
For bank transfer, confirm the order to get the payment details.
Bank transfers stay pending until your provider receives and confirms the payment.
Use the exact payment reference for your transfer.
Check your provider’s additional transfer instructions, too.
Open Orders to track payment status and revisit bank details whenever needed.
Once payment is confirmed, a notification appears and your balance updates automatically.
Credits keeps every balance change together, including purchases and file charges.
In Invoices, find the billing document for each confirmed purchase.
View or download it for your records.
