Configure your business.
Open Billing under Configure. Set your business identity, seller jurisdiction and the default currency for new workspaces.
Invoice settings brings together your document numbering, issuer details and footer. The preview shows how those details appear on an invoice.
Manage your payment methods in one place, including their status, supported currencies and connection readiness.
Pricing basis lets you sell through prepaid money or credits. This portal uses credits that dealers purchase before ordering work.
Under Pricing, open Credit pricing. Pricing groups let you offer different terms to different workspaces, while keeping a default group.
Inside a group, define quantity ranges and a price per credit. Larger purchases can have different rates, according to your own pricing.
Tax brings calculation settings, VAT configuration and rates together. Your business and buyer details inform the calculation, using the setup you choose.
Review the applicable rate records and their validity dates. These settings should reflect your business requirements; the figures here are examples.
Open Tuning tools to manage the tools and manufacturers in your portal. Keep this reference aligned with the equipment your workflow supports.
Each tool has a name and manufacturer. The list also shows whether it is active, so you can review your available tool choices.
Vehicle database organizes coverage by vehicle type, manufacturer, model and generation. Browse the hierarchy to review what is enabled and available.
Drill into a model to see its generations. This gives your team a structured reference for the vehicles your portal handles.
If something is missing, Request vehicle lets you provide the vehicle details and supporting notes for review. Bring your business setup and reference data together in one workspace.
