Open a request from Files and claim it, so your team knows who's handling the work.

Review the dealer's brief and vehicle details, then download the original read.

Matches are reusable files from previous work. Suggestions appear only when an eligible file matches the original read and requested work.

You won't see a match on every request. If none is suitable, attach your own prepared file.

Load the candidate for review. It stays internal until you send it.

For additional work, set a separate charge for this file. It stays locked until the dealer pays.

This delivery is already covered, so we'll keep the extra charge off.

Add a clear handover note and send the file back to the dealer.

Track the returned status and payment in the action summary, with the file and message kept together in the thread.
