Set your working hours.
Open Working hours, then edit the schedule settings. This is where you set the timezone for your portal.
Choose the timezone your business uses and save. People in other timezones see the hours converted for them.
Weekly defaults define your usual schedule. Here, we'll add a service period to a day that was previously closed.
Choose the opening and closing times, then the coverage. Full means normal service; Limited means reduced coverage. Leave a day closed when you're unavailable.
Public holiday hours apply automatically on recognized holidays for your business country. You can set different coverage for those days.
For a one-off change, open a date in Upcoming thirty days. Its hours take priority without changing your weekly defaults.
In Notices, add a notice and turn on Include working hours. This lets you share a schedule alongside your announcement.
Choose the dates you want to share. The portal brings in their configured hours, so you do not need to type them out.
The preview shows Full, Limited and Closed periods. It is saved as a snapshot; refresh it before saving if the schedule changes.
You can add an optional message, then publish the notice to the portal. Here, we are sharing the schedule without sending an email.
An unread indicator draws attention to the notice. Open it to see the announcement and its saved working hours together.
Plans can change during the day. Open Change availability to switch temporarily to Limited or Closed, and choose when the schedule should resume.
Apply the change and the live status updates. The timer returns you to the schedule automatically, without rewriting your regular hours.
You can also return to the schedule early, keeping your availability clear as the day changes.
